Terms of use: the articles of the cove

1. Who runs the cove

These terms govern your use of parrotcoveclub.com ("Parrot Cove Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of parrotcoveclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age rule

Parrot Cove Club is only for users aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm you meet that age.

3. Coins on the island

• All game coins are virtual and handed out free of charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value and are neither money, nor credit, nor property.
• Buying, selling, withdrawing or transferring coins is impossible, and so is swapping them for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is given as a prize.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time, as needed.

4. No real-money gambling aboard

Parrot Cove Club does not offer or promote real-money gambling and has no links to gambling operators.

5. Accounts on the crew list

• Play requires a free account. Keep to one account per person, and do not share it.
• Your password is yours alone. If someone else has been into your account, let us know immediately.
• Delete your account from the account page whenever you like. Deletion is instant and final.
• Using an account to disrupt the site, or holding one while under 18, may get it suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account rather than belonging to you as property, and they can be reset.

6. Conduct on board

Leave the site undisturbed, keep automated tools away from it, never offer coins in trade, and keep under-18s off it.

7. Uptime and liability

Everything is provided “as is”, and we may alter or pull any part of the site. Should anything malfunction, all plays and pays are void. Where the law does not allow liability to be limited, these terms do not try to, and your statutory rights are not affected.

The law of England and Wales governs these terms in full.
